Today the Department of Homeland Security announced that it has extended the initial registration period deadline until August 18, 2015. This registration deadline applies to nationals of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. (Previously, the deadline for nationals of Guinea was May 27, 2015.)

TPS was established for nationals of these countries because of the Ebola crisis that is occurring in these countries.
